I'm in the process of setting up my system which consists of panels which are about 50 feet from the house and i'm looking for some advice about the wiring. I need wire gague, how to wire things etc

can you recommend some reputable inverters for situations like this? Im also planning on setting up a solar system and i think i also am going to deal with about the same height as delchi's or more.

i suggest using 10-gauge wire for a 50-foot run to keep power loss low. connect the panels in series if the voltage adds up right for your inverter. ground everything properly for safety. check your local codes too!

i would also suggest for the wiring, you'll likely run pv wire from the panels to the charge controller/ inverter. if trying to go underground, go with direct burial rated cable or conduit just so you can protect from moisture and damage.
