Growing older, I heard a lot of people say I was not good for any of the stuff men usually do like setting up a solar panel system for their houses. But as a person who likes revenge (LOL), I worked hard to understand this whole thing. Read manuals after manuals. Maybe even messed up several things several times before I got the chance to actually perfect it. So, yeah! If anything, I'm here tp help the best way I could.

When I was visiting friends who had moved to Loveland Co. I was impressed with the number of women (all ages) who were working in the solar industry. Sales, Install, Maintenance, etc.

I got to talk with this one young woman who offered to drive down to Denver and show me something there she thought I'd get a kick out of seeing.

It was a Laundry business where the roof was covered with an array of hot water producing solar panels. By now there are probably electric producing panels too.

I was impressed by the size of the building and how the investment in solar hot water heating panels covered their primary expense. She told me the business had a fairly short break even period with the panels listed as capital equipment for the tax credit. Since the Denver area is a mile high above sea level the panels are quite efficient. She explained you could get burnt easily on the hot water they produced.
