Correction of CEC Rule 64-202 (2)

so this CEC rule 64-202 (2) is kinda vague on the minimum temp right?? but the notes save the day and it turns out you grab the normal low temp from canada's weather folks. not the crazy polar vortex low. for YHZ thats -10.4C and not -28.5C no frostbite needed!! for my slick CSI CS3W garage panels, the temp corrections .27%/C. multiply that by 35.4C and boom 9.558%!! way better than CEC lazy 25% guess when they dont know your panels deal.
